Lower risk installations can be legalised by submitting a Technical Report. The test certificate shall be signed by an approved installation company and a test certificate. However, if the installation exceeds certain regulatory limits, it will be compulsory to submit a project drafted and signed by a competent qualified technician and accompanied by a certificate of technical direction
